Tax laws are complex and vary by jurisdiction. Our estimates do not account for all possible tax situations, deductions, credits, or individual circumstances.

5. Subscription and Payments

Arcbase offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
